Meet Our MedSpa Staff


Angie Cundiff-Roy MSN, CANP Medical Director Angela earned her undergraduate (BSN) and graduate (MSN) nursing degrees, in 1992 and 1996 respectively, from the University of Louisville's Adult Nurse Practitioner program. She completed certification as a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (CANP). In 1998, she obtained a women's health certification from the University of Louisville. She is married to Stephen Roy and has two sons.



Carrie Clifford-Bennett RN, BSN Skin Care Specialist Carrie attended the University of Kentucky College of Nursing and graduated with her bachelors degree of science in nursing in 1995. She began her nursing career at Central Baptist Hospital specializing in open-heart recovery. Carrie worked in cardiac critical care for 8 years. As her personal needs changed in her nursing career she explored into other fields of interest including outpatient surgery recovery and plastic surgery recovery for 2 years. For the last 4 years, Carrie’s focus has been in the field of advanced medical skincare. Carrie is passionate about skincare and her main objective is to deliver great outcomes to her clients. Carrie completed certified Advanced training in Botox and Dermal Fillers courses by Aesthetic Trainers, Aesthetic Advancements in Atlanta, GA and Dermal Filler training by Educational Dimensions, Clermont, FL; Certified Sclerotherapy training by Aesthetic Advancements; Certified training in Laser Hair Removal, Intense Pulsed Light and Levulan Photodynamic Therapy by Syneron and by Lumines; Certified Fraxel Laser Therapy by Reliant Technology; Skincare training from Benev, Triax Pharma, Obagi Skin Care, La Roche-Posay and Advanced Medical Aesthetics. Carrie has successfully completed a training course in the theory, use and application of Iredale Mineral Cosmetics for enhancement and camouflage. Carrie is a member of the Association of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists. Carrie resides in Georgetown, Ky. She lives with her husband of 13 years. Together they have a 4-year-old daughter. Their family is made complete by 2 Siberian huskies and many fancy felines!



Paula Works RN, BSN Skin Care Specialist Paula is a registered nurse who has just recently joined BelleVie Medspa. She graduated from Midway College in 1997 with an ADN. She started out in the surgical ICU at Central Baptist Hospital and transferred to the Emergency Department one year later. In 2003 she began working as a flight nurse. Paula has been working in the Emergency Department at the University of Kentucky since 2006. She is currently attending school full-time to become a nurse practitioner. Her nursing career has been focused on emergency and transport nursing as well as teaching. She is very excited to make this transition and enter into a new aspect of nursing. Paula grew up in Sadieville, which is where she currently lives with her husband and two children. Dalton is 8 and Mackenzie is 7. Paula says her children fill her life with a lot of joy and many blessings. We are very fortunate to have Paula become part of the BelleVie team.



Stephanie Waller LMC Skin Care Specialist Originally from Chillicothe Ohio, Stephanie moved to Kentucky and attend Eastern Kentucky University. She later transferred to Lexington Beauty College to pursue her passion for helping women and men look and feel their best. Stephanie is a Kentucky Board Certified Licensed Master Cosmetologist. She recently expanded her career to include skin care, an area she thoroughly enjoys. She now considers herself to be in a career that is as equally challenging and extremely fulfilling. Stephanie’s specialties cover a wide range of facials and facial manipulations; in addition to peels and dermabrasion. Stephanie is happily married to Lt. Fireman Eddie Waller. They currently reside on their farm in Scott County.
